Try the Start 25 with both unpatched mode and patched mode, neither works. "spinning circle".
With the same cable, Start 20 can pick a radio station immediately.

This device has "Lifetime Map" subscription.
Nav2 device needs "unlocking traffic" by TTActivator , does RDS-TMC(not Live) on Nav3 require any subscription or unlocking this function?
