Nav3 Splash Screens

Is there any way to add my own pictures to a Nav3 TomTom? I did this on a Nav2 by adding my own pictures to the correct folder on the device. I then renamed the one that I wanted as a splash screen. Without direct access to the file system in the Nav 3 can this be done?
