I contacted djeman and cacou13 on mieursolo.fr, the philosophy of the forum is sharing, so there is no problem using the tools available on the site.

Of course, if we were to modify a tool, which is the case with R-Link Explorer, we must imperatively warn its author, those who are done and very appreciated.

Djeman has already modified a good part of its code to improve its functioning on 32 and 64 bit systems.

For the moment, he is very busy with a problem and will not be able to process our request within a short time.
But that does not prevent us from working with the corrections made by master131, thanks to him.
jpgblue Reviewed by jpgblue on . Using SD card >16GB with R-Link Explorer [without resizing] As some people may have noticed, R-Link Explorer does not work properly with SD cards that are larger than 16GB. The workaround people have been using involves resizing the FAT32 partition to 16GB. However, it possible to use the full space available on the SD card without doing this. The following method was tested using a 32GB SD card. 1. If you have shrunk your SD card partition, please resize it back to the full size. 2. Reformat your SD card as FAT32 (you will lose all your data Rating: 5

Yes, he indicated the same to me Cacou13, as a result of the translation I wanted to do for Spanish in the program, I contacted both of them, I had no response from Djeman, but from Cacou13 and he was very kind commenting that Djeman was busy I hope it is not a serious problem. Thanks for everything Jpgblue, French costs me much more than English.

No, I assure you, this is not a personal problem. Phew!

Djeman is currently working on a "medianav evolution 2" program of on-board devices for Renault, Nissan and others with the same technology.

You can discover the project at this address:

problem, every time the card is formatted you have to repeat the change attributes with cmd

For me it is better to reduce the card in a smaller partition in size, thus avoiding the permission steps with cmd.
This, if you do not need more space than 16Gb.

With the bigger card, everything is slower, more format time etc ...
