Map 2 device to Map 3 Map device street names

After reconnecting the other XXL540 TomTom device via TomTom Home, and using End of Life Bypass. I get error messages. cannot find "TomTom Home.exe"

Then I deleted an old version of Australia Map, its meta and removed dtc files. Then I get downloading map but failed to install. Done this many times, same result.

Before I attempt to undertaking this exercise again.

What files / folders are required from the get go do I need to have in the XXL540 TomTom device to download map of Australia. From the point of treating the device as just been purchased.

I undertook those steps mentioned with home running as well as the on/off button in quick succession. I had a message pop up saying "Do you wish to purchase the latest Australian map with 4 updates per year.
