Not sure if this is the correct area regarding my GPS Device.

I've read in a post saying sadly the metas that was able to be accessed via TomTom back door has been closed.

The question is this. I have a device that is a NAV2 product and can only use meta for map specific to NAV2. Having this hiccup, can you put a map meant for NAV3 or NAV4 device with the associated meta into the NAV2 device?

Would I need to change anything else so the NAV2 device can work as a NAV3 or NAV4 device?
