M6 stands for a TomTom Go 720 and the T probably for tmc capability (Traffic Message Channel).
this is a nav2 device and you must find it in the link I gave you.

Peter, can I use TTactivator for 1115 cards without the matching meta file?

No, you are right, you must wait till the new 1115 meta-codes are there.
But you can already update to 1110 maps.
