I'd guess yes although note the fuji map was/is for the Mazda NB1 so may be slightly different.

I once compared with WinMerge the nav3-fuji, nav3-sayville (identical except for the *.meta and *.pna). Also the nav3-no-asr (for which a code exists) is identical, only that the country folders are missing, and the asrgrammarinfo.xml as well. So if you want to activate a Mazda map, attached the meta and pna, which you only need to swap, to unlock.

I downloaded the sayville map and replaced pna+meta files from your attachement and I can confirm that works on NB1. Anyway I'd like to ask for future - do you have any shortcut to get pna and meta files only without downloading full map which is +/- 4GB in size ? or do I need to download full map and extract those files and then copy them to different map ? I read in different thread that full sayville or no-asr map shpuld work as well, so maybe next time will try it first. Anyway thank in advance for reply
