Why can't I find India map for NAV2 in TTActivator Map Downloader tab ?

I just ask why India map for NAV2 don't exist in TTActivator Map Downloader tab ? Do you know why ?
With the voucher emaxmsp2212tt2 and for 25€, I bought "World Map - 1 Year map update service" with "Maps for your sat nav" button, not with "Maps for-in dash" button on the TomTom website and it works very well with my Renault Caminat Live car.
In 11.10 version.
The single problem, I haven't USA and Canada maps :/
But I've Mexico map
