Sloooooowwwww Filecrypt download speed?
Hello everyone,
I am sending off my Go 950 to a friend across the Tasman, and loading some maps on it. A couple of questions.
1. As you know, the GO 950 only has 4GB internal storage capacity. My friend wants NZ (easy!), AU (easy!), USA and Can (easy with the 1GB version) and Europe. It is that last one that has me in a bind. Is there a 1GB or so version that covers entire Europe?
2. Regardless of the above, Filecrypt is giving me a very hard time - download speeds of 50 Kbps. That is kilo, NOT mega. Is there another place where I could download the maps from? This will take me a week at this rate.
Thanks so much in advance, everyone :-)happened Reviewed by happened on . Sloooooowwwww Filecrypt download speed? Thanks, biggerdave :-) What I meant was onboard, internal storage. Of course, it has a microsd slot. I was just trying to avoid having to buy a card - but I guess I will just do that, simply :-)
Also, I bit the bullet and downloaded the files from Filecypt - reminded me of the old dial-up connection days! Did NOT enjoy it! Lol :-)
Cheers for all the help, guys. Appreciative as always :-)You're beautiful. Yes - you reading this! :-)
