Forget the Brand thing, it has nothing to do with it...there is no meta code available for Eastern Europe 1025.9386 which is why you're getting the error

Do what pe1agp says and look at the latest 1035 series of maps: Eastern_Europe 1035_9676

I've tried a few times to patch the map using activator both new and old but get the message incomplete map every time. Looking through the contents of the file there appears to be a folder missing called brand and its contents. So, ok I tried to download a few other older versions but still have the same problem. In fact all eastern europe maps seem to have this folder Rating: 5
