Our TomTom VIA 135 continues to reboot. Also the instruction to hold the power button for more than 20 seconds (after first having charged the TomTom for 2 hours) does not result in a working TomTom VIA 135.

We get the black screen with all data and after three times on pressing the power button after a while we do have to connect the TomTom to the computer and that will also be 'repairing' but after 100% recovery the TomTom VIA 135 will switch off and after a while it will switch on again and this will repeat itself

Does anyone have suggestion how to solve this problem ?
