I have my dads tomtom one xl and im trying to put on latest maps for him and this is what it says on device it:

when I click on FastActivate and update and patch it says all ok, then when I reboot tomtom it says no maps present, can some one please advise me what im doing wrong. Thank you in advance.

ps. i no United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_985_8158\ is ok because i installed it and patched it on my tomtom go720 and all works fine.
