Apparently u can't control the Rider 2013 anymore from TTHome with 9.501. Maybe there'll be an update for TTHome. Who knows...

But this will only prevent TTHome from installing the latest NC. If you want to use the latest NC 9.501, you'll need to wait for an updated version of TTHome, as it seems. Since I never used the function to control my Rider from the PC, I don't really miss that option and am fine with the update. Still using my fix in the background so MiniLog can record the correct date.

Why should we use MiniLog to record tracks?
Is there a benefit compared to the integrated GPX recording?
Anyway, my latest NC is configureable to use your workaround or not.
Simply rename a ttsystem file. GL1, GL2 and Atheros workarounds will be switched on.
It would be interesting for me to know whether my NC works on Rider 2013.
I dont know anyone who owns one. Maybe someone around could give it a try?

@BMWdriver
tried your NC on my Rider 2013. Works fine. Didn't use QuickGPSFix, but everything else seems to be in order. Also skin-wise everything okay (winding route is available).

Good evening everybody,
Have you asked yourself this question: why do the GO x20 and x30 with navcore 9.702 have problems discovering satellites since April 6, when they did not have any before? And if so, did you find an answer?

Yes, Charlie. It is quite simple. You either get the download from TomTom directly, which workrs, or you get from others which may or may not work. It updated my 720 fine, but then you do the nav update, via means to make sure the nav core is updated. Plenty on here.
If I said more, it would only because I would tell you fast, since a new user and have never given points so far, READ. BTW it is very easy, if you read. See the forum for comments, there is a solution there for you.
My comment was the easiest way if you think about it...........Use the TT download - simple
It will work fine without doing anything else. HOWEVER if you are trying to get stuff free etc that you have not paid for... And since you are here, then you MUST READ the directions
When I said it worked perfectly for me, you know I do not follow rules much, or anytime really.Last edited by the Maverick; 28th July 2019 at 04:15 AM.
One day, someone might make things work perfectly before release. Sadly not in my or your lifetime. At least by finding problems and sorting them, we are still alive.

Thank you for your reply, the Maverick. I know how to deal with the problem of finding satellites on the GO x20 and x30 (I am one of the "inventors" of some of the solutions), but I would like to understand WHY this problem has appeared since April 6 (so as not to die idiot )!
