Is Vietnam missing from Southeast Asia Map?!?

If the "Go-App" you are referring to is the same as "TomTom Android 1.4 APK + whatever map" then I would doubt it. I looked at a map included in such app and I think the map is no special, it is the same as what is being used in a TT device, am I wrong?

The actual map I looked at contains 8 files:

adpoints_BRN.dat
adpoints_HKG.dat
adpoints_IDN.dat
adpoints_MAC.dat
adpoints_MYS.dat
adpoints_PHL.dat

adpoints_THA.dat

The 3 capital letters are the country codes and if Vietnam was contained there could have been the 9th file.

So if you did see Vietnam on a Southeast Asia map on smartphone, could you share the meta?

It looks like I am running into a strange problem, namely I do not have Vietnam on my Southeast_Asia_1010_8886 map although TomTom clearly says the map does cover that country. Just to clarify, I have no issue installing and activating the map. However among 9 Southeast Asia countries it supposed to cover there is no Vietnam in it. The last country in the alphabetical list is Thailand! Could anyone confirm that the Southeast_Asia_1010_8886 map Rating: 5

That's no theory, this is the naked true. In these things TomTom is a degenerated club and TomTom tells a lot of stupid stuff. And yes, the Southeast_Asias of NAV4 and GO-App have Vietnam.

A cheap smartphone is always cheaper than a new NAV4-device, which also is suitable for downloading free lifetime maps of Southeast_Asia (Not these "cheap" beginner devices)
