Hello everyone

I get myself 2 tomtoms XL 4 GB to update to a full Europe map, and when i try to backup the TT (in windows file explorer) it wil go for a minute or two and then i get an error message.
I do not understand why this is happening. Both of the devices give me the same error. I allready screwed up one of them to try to repair with windows repair tool and formatting and so, but the other one is still working.
Does anyone know if these 4 GB devices have some sort of copy security or otherwise something build in for copy protection or so. ( i never had this problem with the normal 2 GB devices )
When i attach the device to TT home, then TT home tells me that TT home wil help to remove the older western europe map to create space for the new map.
So it seems to be possible to copy from and to this 4 GB devices.
Anyone know if it is possible to update these 4 GB TomTom ?

I want to post a screenshot of this error, but i don't know how to to get an JPG in this post.
this is the error message "error 0x80070022 wrong diskette is in the drive"
