Dear all experts, I have struggling last several hours trying to install USA_Canada_and_Mexico_975_7751 maps on my TomTom Rider 400. I currently have lifetime map updates for Europe, but I would like to install USA, Canada and Mexico on an external memory card (as I cannot really access the root file system of the device). The device uses the newest version of the TomTom MyDrive Connect and is incompatible with TT Home software.

So, I have the USA_Canada_and_Mexico_975_7751 which I loaded to an external memory card. I also have the meta code for this map. I tried to use both FastActivate and 'Easyusetools_for Keyg_01.06.2016' for activating the maps but without any success. What am I doing wrong? What else should I try?

Are manual map updates possible at all with devices that are only TomTom MyDrive Connect compatible (2016 devices)?
