Apologies - I am a complete newbie to this, I did look through a couple of threads but everything seemed one or two levels beyond my knowledge!

I have just bought a second hand Mazda 6 with an NB1 Nav system, and would like to get updated maps (UK) and the live services (traffic) running - where do I begin?!

Oh and to add to the complexity my main computer is a Mac...
