I used to have TomTom on my htc phone that ran under Windows mobile 6.5. As I changed to a Nokia Lumia which runs under Windows Phone 8.1, I would like to have TomTom also on this phone. Is this technically possible? What would I have to do exactly? Thanks for step-by-step instructions.
