you cannot brick the 710 , because all goes via sd-card
if you use a wrong bootloader , you need to do some tricks to recover it , but the device is never bricked

0.0001 is zero bootloader , you can use it to recover to a lower version
the others are normal bootloaders
you could change if you want , but as said , there is no (known) reason for it , so you better take the advice and leave it as it is

Hello all, I have bought an secondhand TOMTOMGO710 for my self because my current one haves issues with the internal storage. When you wanna put a new map on it takes about 2/3 hours so i have bought a new one + sold my old one. Before i bought the TTGO710 , i have bought the same device for my uncle. Because he hads an VD-TEC navigationsystem with custom TOMTOM on it. And when i see this new navigation the TTGO710 i am exicted about it. Looks nice, does what it suppose to do, as you Rating: 5
