    Hi Hamish,

    General map discussions here (NO REQUESTS!)

    [Login or Register to remove this advertisement]

    You would not have got a link for Europe_990_8036 since it dose not exist, and there is no such thing as Europe-115706.
    If you look at the 990 Europe maps, there is not such thing as a 8036, or anything close.

    All the 990 maps are -1011xx anyway. As for 15 hours for a download? You using a wifi link with hardly any connection?

    I use filefactory and Kilroy links for maps. Takes a max of 12 mins to download, even if 6 files in the download.

    I have copied the Europe maps to SD Card and run FastActivate, then run using TT Home. All are fine

    So, lets see where you are going wrong and let us help you Mate

    The nearest I see is
    64 7F 07 5E C2 56 A3 FF 56 96 FF 56 8A BA C9 74 Europe-101141.meta ; Europe 990_8306

    ID=Europe.pna
    1157062304
    990
    build=8306
    id=2645415

    And that works perfectly

    I think it's just a typo by fat-fingered or numerically "dislectric" Hamish and he meant "Europe 990_8306" and I guess F/A just reports first part of pna "Europe-115706" rather than the full "Europe-1157062304" or just another typo

    Firstly Nick, from the tone of your response you are back to normal - good news for all of us AND especially for you and yours.

    Did what you suggested and all worked fine.

    Thanks mate

    I meant normal for one who was born on the wrong side of the border.

    No talk politics to me, i had to be not one way or the other in my line of things. Yes I am back to normal externally, not brainwise though. All burns fully healed. Last scab was 10th May. gone now TMI I know. See you Jimmy. Always welcome. Its what we are here for anyway. I am not a southern jessie, but a northern hard knock

    As The Mav probably remembers, the border I mentioned separates a bed of red and white roses; the handle "Hamish" I took from a radio programme, nothing to do with thistles.

    Despite living south of the Thames for over 41 years?

    PS Just noticed when I started this thread; verbose for a Tyke.
