I'm not sure you have access to the Pois folder, only some Android Phone give you access to this Pois folder.
But you can test it yourself.
Android/data/com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds/files/pois

​Try both Android/data places (Intern memory or Extern SD-Card)
