Renault Kadjar R-Link 2 maps update required

Thanks to @Grzes40 for the link and explanation.
Very strange, but this link does not find my car's VIN. I was able to connect only through a few countries renault.XX/renault-connect/softwareupdate-r-link2. Unfortunately, nothing was offered.

Where can I find information about the generation of my device? Is it possible to find out without removing the device?

It has 2022 maps installed. I cannot get newer maps through standard RlinkToolbox procedures, even if you pay for them. Does anyone on the forum know how to update European maps on R-Link2?
