Hello, Renault Laguna 2015 with this rare R-Link in Laguna, but its in... Have problem with "something". Car was buyed without SD card with map. So Ive ordered map. Map not work. Tested the SD card on other car, map worked OK. So maybe is the SD slot broken. Okay, I prepared other SD with MP3 files, and they works perfect. So the card reader is definitelly OK. Next try, I want update firmware. In system is now version 11.313.1467818-3036. Online Renault web give me, according the VIN, update to version 11.342. Downloaded, installed 100%, but after restard was message "not successfull". Tried 3 times with 2 times re-downloaded files again and 2 different USB sticks. Everytime same result. Last step was that I removed the car battery for 15 minutes, and tried for the fourth time. Again same result, not successfull. So today I was in Renault partner. I told him my story, and they told me "sorry, we do it same way like you did, we have no other possibilities, so if you tried and you have error, we have no way to help".


My last idea is try install some oldest update. Ive find on some russian forum that was released these updates:
