I personal bought a Duster from 2017 second hand and discovered MediaNav. I was delighted with the navigation when I saw that has iGO that I use on my mobile and I'm happy with it. But I was annoyed when I saw that the maps are from 2014 and about 100 Euro is required for the upgrade. So I searched the net and started finding various methods Menavrus/Menaco, Supermodd, MediaNav Plus, Mediaskin, Media@Update and other versions. The Rating: 5

I entered MICOM using "mcmtest_activate_4nng.ini" but I did not get access to all settings and not being able to activate rear camera (without downgrading to 6.0.3)

Then I thought, maby it could be done through SuperMod....

But I found another solution on the internet, "mcmtest_activate_4medianav.ini" gave access to all settings without downgrading

Hello Neek. ON MN2 Evolution 9.1.3 the new maps can be installed without SuperMod Install? Let's say to use only TTCMD and delete old original maps files in storage4 and replace them with new ones (building, fbl, poi, jcv, etc)? Also, need to delete the original license file and replace it with a new license file? Can I let original nngnavi.exe or I need another one? Thanks

Everything can be done if you know very well how is working this navigation system.
But if you don't, better use what build for this purpose.
You can install Super Mod for install the new maps and then just uninstall it. The system remains clean and running.
There no need to add ne license. Original license MUST NO LEAVE the unit, otherwise you can have problems.

Thanks Neek for the quick response. But if I uninstall Super Mod after I install new maps as you say, the system will recognize the installed maps with Super Mod uninstalled??

I want to update my maps on my captur navigator and decided to follow this procedure to install super modd.
When i copied the folders, I am getting error media usb not recognised when i insert in the car stereo
any tips?

Your USB key is certainly NTFS formatted. It must be FAT32 formatted to be recognized by MN.
I have already been trapped to !

When you copy what folders to get message that USB not recognised?
