navigon 70-71 plus

Bonjour alors moi j'ai un gros soucis j'ai formaté complètement mon 70 Prémium Live c'est à dire qu'après ça je n'ai plus le logiciel de l'appareil est-ce qu'une âme charitable à une solution à mon problème pour réinstaller le logiciel de mon appareille?merci à tous pour la réponse.

Now is my question , I want install the map navigon Europa Q2 2016. the navigon recognice the map but whene i say ,start navigation then the navigon stops and restart. Help ,what do I wrong. Gr.
