Manage to get it to work on my m013.
Had to do it a bit different then the instructions.
Hope it works for you guys!

This is how i did.
1. Backup your data
2. Replace the folder MapRegionsPSF50
3. Replace all files in the APD - Maps folder
4. Replace all files in the Navi - Licenses folder
5. In the root folder replace AutoRun.exe, device.sig, device.xml, device.xmlt and DeviceInfo.xml

This will also keep all your setings...

Followed the above steps and restored NAVCORE.APD from the original back up & got it working in the end on my M013 module.
Maps was V2011 and outdated, Big thanks to original poster.
