I cannot back up my files as copying hangs at 3%. Reconnecting to the computer does not find the device. Only after clicking the reset button, the computer sees the device again. My battery is broken, does this have something to do?

buongiorno a tutti i partecipanti, sono un nuovo iscritto.
Ho problemi al navigatore Becker funzionava alla perfezione, ma improvviso mi esce la scritta navigatore non installato.
Ho provato ad installare nuove mappe, cambiare la batteria tampone del navigatore ma nulla.
Qualcuno a consigli da darmi?

dimenticavo se apro il becker content tutte le mappe soni in giallo, quindi non aggiornate. può essere la causa?
