Now that GARMIN/NAVIGON is discontinuing all of there NAVIGATIONS APPS, is there anything someone would recommend? I have been using WAZE on my iPhone 7, but looking for offline maps app with the following features similar to NAVIGON:

* OFFLINE MAPS
* REAL EXIT SIGNS
* LANE ASSIST
* SPEAKS STREET AND EXIT NUMBERS
* DOESNT JUST SAY "TURN LEFT" when you get to the turn but actually repeats the street name or exit # etc
* TRAFFIC that is more then just colors. Speaks and shows the actual traffic incidents so you know whats going on
* Traffic re-routing that asks you yes or no to reroute etc

I have tried several apps I found in the Apple App store, and none of them are any good.
