The HERE and TomTom maps immediately indicate that you have reached the border of the settlement (my GPS indicates immediately). As an amateur in the profession, among other things, I downloaded the "beginning, end of settlement" txt file. I am writing about the topic we are talking about.

Lately I've had a few warnings from people who get the cameras data directly from the police. Unfortunately, I only get my information from the media. Lately, I have discovered press reports and photos that are posting fake news and photos on the internet. When I asked, the police said that these were advertisements.
