I am new to this ... my problem is that when I enter the car GPS IGO screen appears with an error window "impossible to open maps with your license"
The maps are IGO here 2019 Q2, Car audio is Macrom M-DVD 6000L

I bought it 2-hand and the SD contains maps of 2015 that I have successfully updated to 2019 (via torrent) but Naviextras recognizes it and offers free updates.
