iGO for Android Cars

Hi there I have same question, I have downloadet several issues but no one wants to run on my chinese car head unit with Android 10.
So far only one lucky and that is IGO_World_9.18.27.736653 but that one is for a phone and not a car unit because it starts with informing that external power is connected wich you have to say ok and then the display shows the battery charge % which is annoying.
So what I am seeking either 9.18.27.693527 or nextgen who make a sys file during installation so that I can modify resolution.
Any around?
