I have been given a Garmin Nuvi 205w by a friend who has updated his incar navigation.
As far as I can make out the 2GB SD card in the Nuvi was put in in about 2008.

There are two folders on the SD card one says gmapsupp and the other is gmapsupp2 if I try to open either folder I get the message "The disc image file is corrupted.

Any help from members to get this navigator updated and fully working would be greatly appreciated.

The only map that I would require is the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland.
