Just wonder if it is possible to edit a City navigation Europe NT 2020.10 map.

For some reason there is a road in my map I use daily that is not connected to the main road. IE it's a dead end road. It was connected few years back.

Is it possible to edit/program that part of the file to connect up this road manually?
