The Proximity setting are the same for ALL filtrered/zone
Not only for FRANCE the use of Velox alert is forbidden, also in Swiss for example. I you are afraid for this, simply do not use them.
I just told you that GPI with _LI suffix are not recognized by your Nuvì, why do you repeat the question?
If you run the France folder content in PoiLoader you get the same .GPI file (SCDB_France_LI.gpi, apart for the name that will be POI.GPI)
To get something of different you must manage BMP icons (replacing the existing ones with BMP 22x22 and same name as actual) and changing the Proximity Alert if you want.

Why do I repeat the question? I just told you that in the France folder in the POI loader and I did not know if it converted to SCDB_France_LI or SCDB_France. Now I realize it's SCDB_France_LI. I did not know that. With regard to radars, how do I get the file of the fixed radars separated from the mobile radars? From what I understand, they're in the same file together.

Can you please update your speedcameras release? I found a 2019-05-25 release on GPS Power forums..

Or can you share the settings you use in ManagePOI app for each category of radars (there is ManagePoi.ini file, where all the settings are stored - proximity alert, audio and visual notification etc., like SCDB_Speed_90=400,0,0,0). I will try it myself, just want to have the same experience.

Garmin Cyclops release are causing my device to reboot from time to time..

Anyway to load these on a garmin MONTANA 610?

Why not?
Take the Package (the normal one, not the _LI) you want, i supposte North America will fit your need and put it in folder Garmin\Poi (or Poi on root, I don't remember)
