I went on the link from post 5 but I can not run the program because windows blocks it, even though defnder is off...any other idea?

It's most proberly your Antivirus/Software, they block anything they don't know.
What are you using JetMouse Garmin Keygen for.Unless you are a "New" member, having used the Thanks button regularly is the quickest way to get help.
