5.37 GB file size after extract , 3 files unlocked , download, unzip, and copy to C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps, then use Map install or Map source to install your own map,

If the above does not work delete the gmap folder you downloaded before and
Try installing this Unlocked version to your PC using the Microsoft Installer (MSI) when asked for the path write C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps

If there are other maps installed mapsource will open but the search doesn't work right for this map

For some reason the "CNNANT_2025_10_mdr" subdirectory is ending up in the "Product1" subdirectory instead of in the "City_Navigator_North_America_NT_2025_10.gmap"

Move it there and all seems well =]
