Witam.
Panowie sledze to forum poniewaz potrzebowalem mapy na wyjazd.
Czy moglby ktos podpowiedziec gdzie znajde gmapsupp wschodniej i srodkowej europy?Zalezy mi bardzo na mapie Poland Slovakia Hungary Romania.
Przesledzilem ostatnie posty i nie moge znalesc czegos podobnego.

I understand.i am sorry. I would need an unlocked gmapsupp map file for garmin montana 610. I don't really know which one to download and I don't want to download everything ... :-)
I am especially interested in slovakia, hungary and romania.
Do I need to update any software to install gmapsupp on the card?
I'm asking because I previously uploaded a map to the garmin montana 610 from 2022 and had no problem.
After uploading the downloaded maps (gmapsupp) I get a message that I need to contact the seller because the maps are incorrect.Last edited by remont; 24th August 2023 at 11:40 PM.

Hi,
You need to patch the firmware of your Montana 610.
First, open the file "GarminDevice.xml" and search the PartNumber:
<PartNumber>006-B2299-00</PartNumber>
<SoftwareVersion>350</SoftwareVersion>
<Description>Montana 610</Description>
If it is a B2299, you can find the patched firmware and instructions there :

hi.
I can't upload the map city navigator 2024.I would like to ask what I am doing wrong.I did everything you wrote .I changed to SoftwareVersion>350
and the latest map Garmin City Navigator Europe NTU 2024.20 [UnLocked} does not work for me.
I would like to say that the 2020 city navigator map works perfectly.
I upload the map gmappsup.img to the garmin folder on the sd card and it does not see this map garmin montana 610.Last edited by Garmin_Nuvi; 10th January 2024 at 08:25 AM.

Welcome to the forum please use English in future.
Tell us what device you have as there two types of Maps for Europe,but only 1 with Unicode capabilities (use Cyrillic characters)
