    G'day so we can assume this has maps on from another continent most probably MENA Lifetime Map updates ?
    We will need to confirm your HWID before we move on,look in the Garmin folder for garmindevice.xml ,open with internet explorer and find the number in red as your device may need to be patched to use Unlocked maps.
