Ok thanks, I'm sorry but I'm not sure what I need to download or how to install it.

For nuvi 1450 you only need a map of Europe NT 2019.20 and
D2504260A.JCV file (Junction views) for this map

The map should be named in gmapsupp

You copy the map and .jcv to the SD card.
Path:
SD: Garmin\gmapsupp
SD: Garmin\JCV\D2504260A.jcv

In post #1 you will find everything you need. Unfortunately, everything is packed. Everything must be downloaded. Unpack. Use what you need. You need to know that the map is locked there. The unlock tool is gimgunlock-0.04, which can also be found on the forum.

Today has release the version City Navigator Europe 2020.20

The correct route for Foursquare and Parkopedia Map is:
Device\.System\Map\*.*.img (2x .img files)

Try creating the following path on an SD Card:
SDcard (FAT32 Format)\Map\*.*.img (2x .img)
(Not sure if this will work ...)
