Please, If someone could give me appropriate information.
I am using now Nuvi 140T with CN EUROPE NTU 2019.3 maps.
I need information which additional files to use for JV , SID ect.

As I know you need only JCV (standard SVG) along the Maps, no others additional files

Hi guys,

I have fleet 670 from US. On official site on garmin I have update for US maps. I loaded maps Garmin EU maps 2019.30 but without success. 2019.10 is working properly. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong. Do I have to install additional files or patches or something? Thanks in advance.

The Garmin fleet 670 is an Android device, so the standard Patching Systems don't work.
Maybe the 2019.10 Maps you mentioned are NT?
If Yes, then the device has same behavior of almost Outdoor device.
It does't recognize NTU Unlocked Maps with Code Page 65001, but recognizes NT Maps.

This means that I need 1252 wright?

Download from Genius3's post below a trusted member,unlock with Gimgum then use Image tool to change codes 1252. Place unlocked and code 1252 images on SD card in Map folder you have created in the root of the SD card create another folder called Garmin place all other file there

Changing all LBL subfiles to CP 1252 will make an unlocked NTU usable (without unicode features) in a device running standard Garmin proprietary OS which has protected firmware. I have no idea if that will work in your Android device however it should seeing you've used 2019.10 previously. If it does work and you want unicode feature such as Cyrillic then you can load the original locked NTU in it's place and then you'll get all unicode features until the next hard reset.

I can confirm your assumption is spot on, Europe NTU 2019.30 works fine with changing all LBL subfiles to CP 1252 on my Fleet 670
