City Navigator Europe NTU 2019.20

What I want to say is what I said. If you have not properly applied the Patch to the Firmware your device does not recognize the UNLOCKED NTU Maps, and any Map with Code Page 65001. Verify that you have installed the correct Firmware.

When I read the guide, I had trouble with the patcher download, and must have got it somewhere else.
It turns out this is another patcher by the same author for something to do with jnx files, when I wanted the no checks patcher.
Tried again, and tested with CN-Russia-NTU, so I guess all is well now.
