There is currently no solution for that plotter or related recently released marine devices. This patcher cannot help you.

Hello to all Garmin connoisseurs !!
Faced with the Garmin DriveSmart 50, not tea but formatted it. I did not make a copy
Connected to Garmin Express, he installed there as I understood everything that is needed, and wrote the update is complete. After I turned it on, and now it does not go further than this picture. I connected it again to Garmin Express, he writes there is an update, I updated the result again. Garmin Express drives me in a circle after the update, he again writes there is an update, I updated it once every 8 times.
How to restore it now?

I am looking for the TOPO 2020 plus the needed firmware for my old Garmin 60CSX.
I use this GPS for position determination in metal detecting findings.
Would be great if you can help me!
Will the patcher software from Thread 1 from 2017 work?

Hi FireFox. Completely agree and in fact there's actually a third "Patcher" thread too, this one: . A year and a half back i for amalgamation of it with too. I'll report my own post here which will then get better mod attention, there'll need to be quite a bit of clean up if the three threads are merged so they may prefer to leave only one and archive one or both of the others. Staff decision whatever, but it seems messy to have 3 threads on the same application.

I have tried the following but it does not work:
1. Download original Garmin 2.30 update
2. Download Firmware Patcher 3.80
3. Use Firmware Patcher to create a patched GCD file.
4. Copy patched GCD file to SD card as Garmin\GUPDATE.GCD
5. Turn on device and enter "Yes" when prompted to install new software.
I had to go back to the version 2.20 and install the version in this post
