Hi there, I have nuvi 2595 with pre-loaded maps on North America with lifetime update. I need it to change from north america to MENA maps life time update. Will it be possible or I have to buy a new garmin.

No need to buy anything, Nüvi 2595 has no protection and read Unlocked Maps.
Simply load Unlocked MENA Maps and Additional Files into Device's SD.

Is there a patched frimware for a Echomap plus 72cv?

He does not support other maps，Because the new machine does not currently have a GCD upgrade file。
But I found out Drive 51 APAC 310 ，<PartNumber>006-B2803-00</PartNumber> ，<HardwareVersion>V5 M4v3 P8 16GB CB So5 A5 RT</HardwareVersion> ，，PCB ： 105-02872-00 version：5，
I converted drive 51 gdc to RGN to upgrade drive 52 but it failed. Drive 52 now shows system file missing，
Is there any way to fix it?
