Firstly never display your device ID 387xxxxxxx in public.
Your device appears to have LifeTime map updates, & there will be a few firmware & files that you will need to update.
You say it has not been used for awhile so make sure it has a well charged battery, if the device looses power during firmware or other updates this can cause problems. Once you have installed all the Maps & updates using power the device with your Garmin vehicle power cable while the device installs the updates this can take a few minutes
