You can have a look in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Application you will find older version installed on your computer.

If you are using Garmin Express it will automagically tell you there is an update and to install it.
No need to go to any Third Party website to get it.
or
Go directly to the Garmin website to get it.....
