Dezl 560 does not show the map

    Default Dezl 560 does not show the map

    Hi,

    Old Dezl 560 with old City Nav NTU EU 2016 does not show the map

    What I tried:
    - reset the settings to default by pressing the lower right corner of the screen
    - update the Gps with Garmin Express
    - put City Nav NTU EU 2023.20 on a microSD card

    When I go to Settings, Maps, I can the the name of the new map but it does not show the map on the sreen

    Dezl 560 does not show the map

    I can make a search with city, street and n°

    Nobody have an idea ?

    Explain if you bough this like this, did it happen after you did something?
    Does it have a GPS signal, can you see the basemap
    Path>.System</Path>
    <BaseName>gmapbmap</BaseName>
    <FileExtension>img</FileExtension>

    Thx for your answer.

    It's not mine, it's one of a friend of mine.

    The unit worked perfectly, until some days ago...

    Even with a Gps signal, it shows nothing (no basemap)

    Here is the result of Snap2HTML :

    Clear all user data did not change anything.

    Cannot see the .system folder you have to tick/check to include system & hidden folders

    Try removing the SD card with the 2023 maps on and place a small test map on the device internal storage like

    Just looked on my DriveSmart 61 and as I do not have maps with the trafficTrends Europe 4.25 ALL North and South 2023.20.
    Would these 2 maps show anything seeing that they are trafficTrends maps?
    Do not see in your screen shot CNEurope NTU South and North maps 2023.20 like I have only trafficTrends

    I could be wrong here.....

    May be you're right.

    I did not notice this before.

    I tried with an "old" version of CN 2022 NTU and it works ! It show the map on screen..

    I will wait for Garmin_Nuvi answer.

    Ok looks like someone renamed the old 2016 map on the device to gmapbmap.img 3.62GB this would substitute the Basemap with the map which cannot be displayed as the name is wrong for Pre-programed maps.
    First download the latest

    (gmapbmap.img) 46.5MB and replace the incorrect one on the device.
