HI all,
I have a Nuvi 2699. When connected to USB, it charges, but is not detected by the computer. I have tried two Garmin cables, and a couple of other data cables with no luck. It is not detected in pre-boot mode either. I have checked the port
on the device, and all is well. I am now stumped.
I am convinced this is firmware, but obviously can't update it. Or is it hardware?
