Nuvi 2597 problems : Not detected with Garmin Express or Windows 10 / 64 bit

I have more devices Garmin whit locked and unlocked maps, Works fine the maps

The garmin 2597 has lifetime updates but locked maps, because the firmware is stock (No patched).
I change my sd card whit unlocked maps but the nuvi can´t read unlocked maps

I tried patch the Firmware form SD but never work (Nuvi 2xx7-2xx8 C4 (2077) fw8.80.rar)

All its for experimental purposes

The first Nuvi plugged in Windows 10 / 64 bit could not see the Garmin.Why ? I have no idea so I could not update it ... The second Nuvi plugged in Windows 10 / 64 bit COULD see the Garmin so I updated to the latest 8.80 Software and 5.08.11 firmware. All was fine with the second nuvi I plugged and unplugged many times for a few days UNTIL i put a microSD with an unlocked western Europe map image with a gmapprom.img Rating: 5
