Now when it turns on, "system software missing" is displayed. The USB does not detect my laptop. Please for instructions on how to make a flash on an sd card?     he tried to unlock the maps with the program:
    1.Protected Garmin file toolkit because he failed then he tried another way
    2. IMGPatcher_v11, RGN tool and updater (text copied from his answer)
