system software missing

i used the web updater because the older version offered me a newer version then the operation was interrupted for some unknown reason. I only have the original file "gupdate" that's all! The device is nuvi 2547LMT, HWID is 2077. My computer does not detect the device, it does not see usb and I can't do anything. Every time I turn on the device, the message System soft.miss is displayed ... even if I hold my finger on the bottom right, a reset occurs and again on the same.
